By accessing and using JustScrolls ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JustScrolls is a news aggregation service that collects and displays headlines, excerpts, and links to news articles from third-party publishers. Apart from the AI-generated debate shows described in Section 3, we do not create original news content. All articles link directly to their original sources.

3. AI-Generated Content

The debate shows on JustScrolls are entirely AI-generated: the scripts are written by AI from the news sources cited on each debate, the voices are synthetic, and the presenter faces are computer-animated. The panelists are fictional characters, not real people, and their statements do not represent the views of any real person or of JustScrolls.

Debates are labeled as AI-generated wherever they appear. They are commentary produced for information and entertainment, may contain errors, and are not professional, legal, or financial advice. Please check the linked sources for the underlying reporting.

4. Third-Party Content

The news content displayed on JustScrolls is owned by their respective publishers and is protected by copyright laws. JustScrolls displays only:

• Headlines and titles
• Brief excerpts or summaries
• Thumbnail images (when available)
• Direct links to the original article

We encourage users to visit the original source for the full article content.

5. Publisher Rights

Publishers retain all rights to their content. If you are a publisher and wish to have your content removed from JustScrolls, please contact us at anurag.hcu@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge removal requests within 48 hours and resolve them within 15 days; see our Copyright & Content Removal page.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Circumvent any access controls or security measures

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content displayed on the Service. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from the Service.
